3. What We Do Not Collect

XcellentIPTV is a media player. We do not collect, monitor, log or store any information about the content you play, the playlists you add, the channels you watch, or any Xtream Codes or M3U credentials you enter into the App. This data stays on your device.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To process payments and maintain billing records.
  • To control access to the App based on your subscription status.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Authentication tokens are stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies. We retain your account and billing data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes.
