1. About XcellentIPTV
XcellentIPTV is a media player application ("the App") operated by XcellentIPTV ("we", "us", "our"). The App allows users to play media content from their own legally obtained sources, including M3U playlists and Xtream Codes credentials. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Player Only — No Content Provided
XcellentIPTV is a media player only. We do not provide, host, distribute or sell any channels, playlists, streams, video-on-demand content or media of any kind. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to access through the App and for ensuring that you have the legal right to access it.
3. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, your full name and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a limited free trial period. The trial allows you to evaluate the App before making a purchase. No payment information is required to start a free trial. Trial duration and availability may change at our discretion.
5. Pricing and Payment
We offer the following plans:
- Annual — £7.99 per year, granting access to the App on all supported platforms for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Lifetime — £19.99 one-off payment, granting permanent access to the App on all supported platforms.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Viva Payments. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product and the availability of a free trial, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. We encourage all users to take full advantage of the free trial before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the App, please contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve it.
7. Supported Platforms
The App is currently available on Android, Windows and macOS. iOS support is planned for a future release. One account provides access across all supported platforms. We reserve the right to add or remove platform support at any time.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to access content you do not have the legal right to view.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the App.
- Share, resell or redistribute your account credentials to third parties.
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the App or our website.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or our servers.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In such cases, you may not be entitled to a refund. We may also terminate dormant accounts after an extended period of inactivity, with reasonable notice where possible.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, branding, source code and all related materials are the intellectual property of XcellentIPTV. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for the content you access through the App, any interruption to service, data loss, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may interact with third-party services (such as IPTV providers, playlist sources or EPG services) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of these third-party services.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
